About

This little blog provides peek at my attempt to celebrate the everyday. In August of 2011, I set out on a mission to observe one holiday, of any form or fashion, for one year. Whether it was Abraham Lincoln’s birthday or National Flamingo Day, I took note and made merry. A Career Counselor and Event Coordinator by trade, I’m keeping the spirit of The Everyday Holiday alive by sharing reflections aimed at finding something meaningful in everything ordinary. Feel free to join the discussion, share your thoughts, and hang on for the ride.

Would like to go on the journey with you. Can you give us a heads-up (maybe each week) on the holidays being celebrated?
